We ship nationwide across South Africa. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Free shipping applies on all orders over R2,500; a standard delivery fee applies below this amount. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days depending on your location, and you'll receive a tracking update once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of hair extensions, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at hello@crownedinfavour.com or WhatsApp 079 737 4673 with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome — approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
